GULUBAND TOP IN RED

GULUBAND TOP IN RED

Designer Notes:

Drawing inspiration from the traditional Guluband necklace of Uttarakhand, this top features a beautifully hand-embroidered neckline that elegantly wraps around to the back. The embroidery takes cues from Apian art, with stylized orchids inspired by the flora of Singapore. The intricate stitching evokes the appearance of a Guluband necklace, making it a striking statement piece in its own right.

Construction:

This versatile top features an open back with delicate fabric button fastenings. It includes adjustable sashes that can be styled to suit your preference, offering endless possibilities. Additionally, the piece can be reversed and worn as a chic jacket, adding to its adaptability.

Sustainably Produced:

Crafted from AZO free dyed handloom Khadi Cotton, every garment in this collection is thoughtfully lined with Chambray Khadi. This breathable, durable, and biodegradable fabric not only ensures comfort but also reflects our commitment to sustainable fashion.

Sizing Advice:

The Guluband Top is designed to fit true to size, with minimal stretch owing to the nature of handloom Khadi Cotton. Each piece features a 2-inch allowance, offering the flexibility to size up or down with ease.

Length: 17in/ 43cm

The model is wearing an XS and stands at 176 cm.
