Refund policy

All our garments are made on a pre-order basis. Please keep in mind that we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless, 

  • The wrong item was delivered. 
  • Item has a manufacturer's defect. 

Please note that Ajibyaru will only bear the mailing cost for exchange items due to defects or wrong delivery of order(s). All refunds are made on a case by case basis. 

If for some reason, you are unsure of the size after or before order placement, you can write to us at info@ajibyaru.com and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process.

Do note that any size changes after order placement are to be done within 3 days. If requested after this time period, please keep in mind we will be unable to make any changes.
